Rosary Prayer

It is a form of Christian prayer and meditation of great value.

The Rosary points to Christ. Christ is the center of it's meditations.

Jesus the Christ is the center for powerful meditation,

The Rosary Prayer meditates on Christ.
He is the sole reason for our existance.
He is our life.
He is our hope.
He is the center of our being.
In this life, He is our savation.
He is the source of our wisdom, our inspiration, the fountain from which we take the water of life
There is only one God. This God is worshipped by all the great religions. He is called by many names.

We believe that this God chose a time and place in order to give to us a revelation.

This revelation was to show us a more accurate image of Himself. This revelation would be an image. This image would carry the likeness of a man. God would become a human being!

God decided that the only way in which human beings could more fully understand "God" was for "God" to become completely like human beings.

Therefore, God chose the virgin Mary. She was to become the one unique person in all of human history to carry within herself the fulness and the completeness of God.

Mary became the "Theotokos"...she became the God bearer.. in effect she became the mother of God.

That is not to say that Mary created God. Rather, it is to say that Mary was the one person chosen by God to carry within her womb the fulness of the absolute diety, namely, God himself who would be revealed to us as Jesus.

Revealed to us as our brother.
Revealed to us as flesh of our flesh and bone of our bone.
He would be revealed to us as blood of our blood and life of our life.

Jesus would therefore live as we live. His heart would beat as does our own heart. And Jesus would be able to die as we die. Only in this way could our Creator enter completely into our human life and conquer the single enemy of his creation, namely death.

A system of prayer based on the Hail Mary

The present " Hail Mary" is:

Hail Mary. Full of grace. The Lord is with You. Blessed are You among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, Pray for us sinners, now, and in the hour of our death. Amen.

This is a wonderful prayer and is used in conjunction with a rosary. The rosary is a system of counting prayer by the use of beads. Ten beads make a decade. A person would say a "hail mary" on each bead.

After saying ten "Hail Mary"s" then the person says the "Lord's prayer" also known as the " Our Father" and starts all over again.

The Hail Mary is a powerful method of prayer based on the principles of focus and repetition.

The person must be focused on the discipline of prayer and must be disciplined in praying the repetitions. However, this wonderfully powerful method of prayer is regarded as exclusively associated with the Roman Catholic Church. Can other christians use this prayer?

I suggest that this prayer can be modified so that the edited version has all of the same power as the unmodified version. Plus, it is more universally acceptable to others.

A Suggestion
